Sercon helped me well with a shipment of 10 boxes to Norway. As a private individual with no experience shipping outside the EU, it was nice to have a dedicated contact person who was usually available by phone. Only signing the customs forms caused stress, because we didn't receive them until the evening before the boxes were due to be picked up. At that time, we didn't have a scanner, and the photos taken with a mobile phone were not accepted.. But this could also have been due to the carrier.

Here it is; the review. As a private individual, I had a small shipment sent from Australia to the Netherlands during Covid times. Super friendly movers at the door in both Australia and the people who came to deliver the items in the Netherlands. As a private individual, I was a bit surprised by the box everything arrived in, but we were very satisfied with the good condition our belongings arrived in. Communication with Arno was clear and to the point. We would have preferred it if the moving costs had been included in the quote, but that is a minor detail. Should we ever need to do business with you again, we would gladly do business with you.

Mostly satisfied. Official handling, both in the Netherlands and in Mauritius, was well arranged. However, it was annoying that we only knew the final price after the items were already in transit (significantly more expensive than expected). There was some damage to a cabinet, and five glasses and two cups were broken. We suspect this happened during pre- or post-transport.

Even though it involved a "small volume" transport, I received excellent assistance.
